Hello, I'm Archya Venkatesh, a dedicated yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and a prenatal yoga therapist.

I am trained in several yogic traditions and have been fortunate to possess meditative abilities since youth.

My asana teaching methodology is largely influenced by the tradition of Shri T. Krishnamacharya and the discipline of Hatha Yoga.

My primary goal is to impart profound healing and serenity to my students through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and chakra meditation techniques.
